when the day is dipped in grey like it was yesterday, you move towards the opposite side: you choose color. yesterday it was raining like hell and i had a mission to accomplish, something maybe too complicated, to find some good stuff throughout the city for the next shooting and remain calm during this procedure by ignoring the traffic jam/the rain on my face/the delays. i did all that and had a sip of color as well to wake me up like a slap from all this gris-souris situation.  i went over Semiramis hotel once again, this time for the presentation of the new Swatch rubber collection featuring watches in every possible bubble-gum color. i got mine in terracota and felt quite satisfied. had…

Mr. Porter is finally open! the male version of the kingdom of Net-a-Porter is here to satisfy the other half of the global consuming population. Vogue Hellas journalist Paris Kormaris, a genuine enthusiast as he is, had had pre-registered to the site and thus been able to pre-order a little something for himself: a pair of dissimilar socks by Paul Smith, which arrived today in a wonderful packaging with his name printed on a sticker in italics. don’t you have any gifts to make?

The latest issue of Vogue Paris – which is also the very last issue of Carine Roitfeld as an Editor-in-chief of French Vogue- is out featuring in the cover my most favorite girl Saskia de Brauw.  A week after Carine left the company she gave her first interview at Dirk Standen, parts of which you can read below.
